Are you curious about chakras but find yourself confused by the myths surrounding them? You’re not alone!

Many people hold misconceptions that can cloud their understanding of these fascinating energy centres. Let’s clear the air and explore the truth behind chakras.

Misconception #1: There is no proof that chakras exist

I was sceptical too, but after learning to sensitize my palms and fingers, I was able to “scan” the diameter of my chakras. Remarkably, the entire class of 20 people who attended had similar experiences!

Misconception #2: Chakras are not connected to anything in the physical body.

In reality, chakras are linked to energetic meridians utilized by practitioners of acupuncture. They are also energetically connected to glands in the body, influencing our overall health.

Misconception #3: There are only seven major chakras.

Contrary to popular belief, there are more than twelve major chakras, along with many minor and mini chakras, as well as special-function chakras that connect to higher frequencies.

Misconception #4: Chakras are only located on the front of the body.

Chakras are actually situated in both the front and back of the body, as well as in other directions, contributing to a holistic energy system.

Misconception #5: Chakras only spin in one direction.

Chakras alternate between spinning clockwise and counterclockwise to draw in fresh energy and release stale or toxic energies, maintaining a dynamic flow.

Misconception #6: Chakras only control vitality (prana) energy in our physical body.

Each chakra has three levels that control not just vitality but also emotions and mental energies, playing a vital role in our overall well-being.

Understanding these truths can empower you to explore your own energy system more deeply. Let’s embrace knowledge and dispel myths together! 🌟
