For someone like me who juggles fitness, business and spirituality, finding balance is everything.

With a schedule like that, I convinced myself that a little indulgence wouldnโt hurt. A dessert here, a chocolate there, and occasionally some fried food. What could go wrong? Or so I thoughtโฆ

But there was one more lesson to learn: really late-night dinners that messed with my sleep would cause my fat percentage to climb again. The body doesnโt lie, and neither do the numbers.
