The Power of Small Change

If your mind wants to work, your body must cooperate.

For someone like me who juggles fitness, business and spirituality, finding balance is everything.

6-Day Routine Rundown:

> ๐Ÿ‘ days of strength training

> ๐Ÿ‘ days of kickboxing

> ๐Ÿณ days of energy generation exercises and breathing techniques

With a schedule like that, I convinced myself that a little indulgence wouldnโ€™t hurt. A dessert here, a chocolate there, and occasionally some fried food. What could go wrong? Or so I thoughtโ€ฆ

> My digital scale started telling a different storyโ€”one that I didnโ€™t want to hear. Expecting my fat% to drop, I saw it just going up and down at the same level of 19%.

No more fried food. Yet the numbers remained the same and weekends, the fat% went up again!

> I had one option leftโ€”cut out sugar entirely.

> I limited my indulgences to just one day a week.

The result? My fat percentage began to dropโ€”steadily, at a rate of 0.1% every two days.

But there was one more lesson to learn: really late-night dinners that messed with my sleep would cause my fat percentage to climb again. The body doesnโ€™t lie, and neither do the numbers.

Today, Iโ€™m below 19%, with my sights set on 15%. Curiousโ€”anyone out there who has a workout routine that helps reduce fat percentage even faster?
