How I handle Stress and maintain Balance

Ever wondered how some people seem to glide through stress with unshakable clarity and focus, while others buckle?

For me, the secret lies in a daily practice that redefines how I align my energy and reset my mind.

As we interact with people, travel, and encounter different environments, our energies can easily become misaligned, and it’s important that we are empowered with techniques to get back to a sense of alignment and balance, energetically, emotionally and mentally.

Through years of practicing mindfulness and energy realignment, I’ve reached my best stages of alignment or “highs” from time to time.

I use these as reference points to get back to every time I’m stressed, by using powerful techniques that help me to quickly reset, even on the most chaotic of days.

Quick Cleansing

I rely on a combination of energetic tools, breathing techniques, and chakral focused breathing. This allows me to reset in as little as 10 minutes, even during a hectic day. I employ energy healing techniques to “bubble out” or remove any negativity and then move on to the next technique that will replenish my energy with a positive balanced trinity of intelligence, love-wisdom, and will-power.

Energising

The next step is the “synchronized breathing technique” (mentioned in my article, “How I Use Energy Healing to Enhance Modern Fitness Routines”), to cleanse my energy centers. I then focus on specific chakral points and breathe to balance my energy, emotions, and instill mental clarity which ensures I remain clear headed and focused, no matter what the day throws at me.
