Incorporating kickboxing into my routine has transformed not just my physical fitness but also my approach to business.

What’s my routine?

Warm-Up

My sessions kick off with a rigorous 15-minute warm-up- jogging, with high knees, ankle touches, floor touches, and other combos ending with sprints.

Following the warm-up, I engage in three 3 minute rounds of skipping and shadow boxing, honing my coordination, endurance and instincts.

Workout

The real skill development happens during the drills, where I practice punches, kicks, and defensive maneuvers as called out by my trainer, Sonu Singh aka “Leo”, who excels at pushing me to the max, with a mix of positive enthusiasm and drive!

Sparring sessions further elevate my offense and defense, allowing me to apply what I’ve learned in real-time.

Wrap-Up

Finally, I wrap up with core conditioning exercises using weighted balls, pushing myself to achieve my fat reduction and muscle building goals with grit.

My kickboxing routine has become a powerful tool for personal and professional development, equipping me with the resilience, focus, will-power, drive and the determination needed to thrive in business and in other areas.

This part of my 3-day weekly routine sharpens my focus and enhances my emotional and mental resilience and agility—skills that are crucial when navigating the fast-paced world of business.
