As I continue my journey towards material and spiritual growth, I want to share more about my holistic meditation schedule that I had mentioned during my reflections on alcohol and its impact on my life. This structured schedule allows me to cultivate internal strength and emotional balance.

① Weekly Meditation Breakdown 

→ Tuesdays & Thursdays: Internal Stamina & Will-power Exercises

‣ Focus on advanced breathing techniques 

‣ Flush out blockages and toxins 

‣ Enhance trinity of intelligence, love-wisdom, and will-power 

‣ Navel-centered breathing for longevity and instincts 

→ Mondays & Fridays: Self-Healing Meditation

‣ Release past and present negativity 

‣ Strengthen positive emotions and willpower 

‣ Achieve a balance between concrete and abstract faculties 

→ Wednesdays: Alignment Meditation

‣ Tune into our authentic selves 

‣ Foster creativity and intuition 

→ Sundays: Powerful Meditation 

‣ Salute our higher selves 

‣ Infuse personality with higher frequencies of intelligence, love-wisdom, and willpower 

② Holistic Growth and Energy

This combination of meditations helps generate energy, remove negativity and offers holistic personal growth, giving me the drive to pursue larger goals. It also aligns with my true purpose, helping me avoid pitfalls ensuring smoother progress.
