Be adamant about your decisions and witness upgrades!

➴ For years, I was caught in a cycle of weekend partying and drinking, believing that meditation could help me find clarity amidst the chaos.

➴ However, I soon realized that the effects of my meditation were significantly diminished by the clutter alcohol introduced into my mind.

➴ After a weekend of indulgence, it would often take me 3-4 days of dedicated meditation and exercise to regain the stillness and focus I once took for granted.

➴ Moreover, the environments I frequented—restaurants and pubs—only served unhealthy foods and starters, further contributing to my physical and mental decline.

My career performance would peak only from Thursday to Friday, and plummet again over the weekend due to the effects of alcohol. Negative thoughts, impatience and mental clutter were constant companions during this time, making it challenging to strategize and plan for long-term goals.

➶ Fast forward to March 2021, when I made the life-changing decision to give up alcohol. Now, three years later, I can proudly say that my energy levels have soared, and negative thoughts are a rare occurrence.

➶ I’ve gained a newfound clarity that allows me to grow to be the person who can confidently pursue my larger, long-term goals.

➶ My endurance for combat sports, and work and family life have never been better. I feel empowered, focused, and ready to tackle whatever challenges come my way.

If you’re considering a similar change, know that the journey may be challenging, but the rewards are truly life-changing. Here’s to embracing a healthier, more vibrant life!
