Early rising

A productive and fulfilling day starts with early rising. For me, it all begins at 4:30 AM, when I get up and set the tone for the day by taking up a quick alignment meditation to clear my mind of any clutter and stray thoughts. This helps me enter a state of mindfulness, allowing me to approach the day with clarity and purpose.

By 6:00 AM, I’m into my energy generation exercises, which include breathing techniques, which are a part of a holistic weekly meditation schedule. They help to keep my energy levels high and my mind sharp. These exercises are essential for setting the foundation for both my personal well-being and my workday.

Around 7:15 AM, I hit the road for work, but I don’t just drive in silence. I make the most of this time by listening to insightful podcasts like Tucker Carlson, Joe Rogan, and other alternative news sources. This helps me stay informed with ideas that challenge conventional thinking and expand my actual understanding of the world.

Once I arrive at work by 8:30 AM, the day really kicks in and I start by catching up on team updates and setting the agenda for the day. My morning is spent diving into emails, brainstorming new applications or process improvements for reed sensors, and thinking about ways to push my business forward. I also engage in a bit of energetic manifestation, focusing on positive outcomes for my projects and the people I work with.

After a productive morning, I sometimes take a power nap from 12:00-12:30 PM to recharge. Just a quick 15-20 minutes makes a big difference in boosting my energy levels for the rest of the day.

The afternoon is more inward. From 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM, I continue focusing on ongoing projects and planning my own next steps. I also take time to spend quality moments with my mom, who lives nearby. This connection is important for my emotional well-being, and I cherish our time together.

As the day winds down, I make sure to stay physically active. From 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, I alternately engage in either kickboxing or strength training to stay fit. This is an essential part of my routine that helps me release stress and maintain my energy levels and build my will power.

After my workout, I take a quick shower, enjoy dinner with my family, and practice energy healing for myself and others who may need support. This practice helps me extend my healing abilities to those around me.

Finally, I ensure that I hit the sack by 10 PM. A restful night’s sleep is essential for early rising, to be refreshed and ready to face another day with focus and energy.

Pro tip: Want to make each day better? Try early rising and following a proven meditation schedule. It’s a small change that can make a huge difference in how you approach life.

By structuring my day with alignment and balance—I’ve been able to maintain high levels of productivity, stay physically fit, and nurture important relationships in my life. It’s a holistic approach that works for me, and I hope it inspires you to create your own rhythm for success and well-being.
